You will find your key for your house in a key box to the right hand side of your front door (you will receive your code from your property manager in advance of arrival).

Once code is put in, pull inner box out towards you key will be inside it.

When leaving, you must put key back into box where you found it.

Parking is provided on site on first come first serve basis, there is no assigned space for your car – you can park where you find a space.

If you bring an extra car please park on the left, coming up the hill from road or between house 20 and 1, 3 extra car spaces are available there.

You will find WIFI code on the noticeboard.

Vodafone is a WIFI provider – please do not turn the switch off located beside TV.
Netflix quick access is available, however you will need to use your own login details to use it.

Please don’t forget to log out when you are leaving.

Pinergy is your electricity provider.

PINERGY DIGITAL BOX: You will find a Pinergy digital box beside the microwave, this box indicates your remaining energy balance (please do not touch the screen).
It is prepaid with €40 for you to use – please keep an eye on the screen and check your balance not to let Pinergy run out or go below 0 (it will cut your electricity off in this case).

HOW TO TOP UP:
Pinergy card is beside the clock. It is needed to top-up your electricity box.
OPTION 1: you can top up at Supervalu – please bring the Pinergy card to the store and ask for a top-up. Your digital box will be automatically updated remotely by SMS once it is paid.

OPTION 2: you can top up online – go to https://pinergy.ie/home-electricity/top-up-online/ and top-up using once off payment. The serial number from the Pinergry card will be needed to complete the transaction.

In both cases please put the Pinergy card back where it was. Thank you.

Please note that showers are not electric – hot water is heated from the tank in storage room upstairs across from the bathroom.

To turn on the pump (for the water pressure) please use the switch outside the bathroom door.

Once you arrive you will have to turn on the immersion, the switch into timer, make sure the 24hr clock is pointed to the arrow at the time you turn it on.

It’s timed to come on at 6am to 8am and again at 4pm to 6pm every day.If you need more hot water , you can turn booster button to 30 min/60 min or 120 min and push it in, it will turn itself off after the required time passed .
I would recommend turning Booster on when first person goes for shower as it will keep hot water hot until last person has shower.
Please kindly remember to turn off the immersion on when departing.

There is a switch beside every heater on the wall, turn this on as needed or use the timing option if
required. Please turn off all the heaters before you leave.

At Home:
For your daily needs your Holiday Home has a domestic bin with separate compartments for recycling and general waste. Please empty all your bins before your leave. 

Sorting:
The main rubbish bins are at the start of entrance behind timber fence.

Due to fire regulations and insurance restrictions we do not allow charging of Electric Vehicles at the holiday homes. However the nearest Electric Ireland public charge point is a 5 minutes’ walk away opposite the Dingle Aquarium in the public Car Park where there are two charge points  for
