Covid-19 Travel Update – 23.02.2021

Due to the latest Government Directive to extend the current restrictions holiday homes under our management must remain closed until April 5th. Therefore, we will not be taking any holiday bookings with an arrival date before the above-mentioned date.

If you have been impacted by the latest restrictions we would appreciate if you could please email our Reservations Team by using the following email address [email protected]

Our office staff are working remotely and they are receiving a high level of calls. With that in mind if your booking is altered in any way by a change in government guidelines you will receive a holiday voucher for the accommodation cost valid for a period of 12 months at the same location.

What should I do next?

You do not need to do anything, as we will soon be issuing these vouchers to customers on a travel date basis. To read more about the above-mentioned please refer to our terms & conditions by clicking here.

Due to the fact our staff are working remotely you will experience delays if you choose to call our head office therefore, we really would appreciate if you could only email regarding Covid-19 cancellations and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Non-Tourist Related Bookings

We will endeavour to provide assistance where we can to accommodate non-tourist related bookings whilst also complying with the Government guidelines therefore, our website will be processing bookings as normal for the following reasons:

  • for essential workers
  • for family purposes, such as caring after parent(s) or people in vulnerable categories
  • where you have no other permanent accommodation
  • should you need to self-isolate

If you are staying in one of our holiday homes please ensure you are adhering to the Government guidelines in place and that your use of the holiday home is for essential purposes only.

The success of the nationwide battle against Covid-19 was and still is, dependant on all of us working together as a community. We hope you and your loved ones continue to stay safe and well.     Dear sirs

    we are interested in booking one of your houses in Galway from week of 23 July to 30 July 2021. We note that in order to secure the booking that we will need to pay a security deposit of €500 and booking deposit of €49.50.

    I just wanted to check what your policy is on refunds of the booking and security deposit, in the event that we will be unable to travel if we are in lockdown again during this week in July.
